The initial CS01 filing requires the submission of details regarding the People with Significant Control (PSC) register to Companies House. • Alternative Inspection Location: If different from the registered office, where records are kept
  • Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code
  • Share Capital Details:
    • Currency used for share purchase
    • Class of shares
    • Number of shares
    • Aggregate nominal value
    • Prescribed particulars (rights associated with shares)
    • Amount unpaid (sums owed by shareholders who have not fully paid for their shares)
  • Shareholders:
    • Name
    • Number of shares owned
    • Class of shares
  • People with Significant Control (PSCs):
    • Names and dates of birth

Additional Changes to Include

In addition to the above, any other changes made since the previous submission should also be included, such as:

  • New SIC Codes: Any newly added or removed SIC codes
