How to Change the Corporate Director Details (CH02) in CoSec App?

  • Navigate to the officer's tab in the entity summary. 
  • Click on the edit icon, and will find two options update additional details and update the CH02 form. Click on the update CH02 form option. Can update in section-wise 
  •  Date of change: Provide the date when the director details have been updated. The system will not allow future dates and before the last submission date of the confirmation statement date 
  • Name: If the corporate name needs to be updated, please update the updated name. 
  • Service address: If an address is similar to the entity register office address enable the checkbox, so the address will update. You can also search addresses based on postcode and building number, so the address will get an update. 
  •  Click on the save button to update the details

           After filling out the new address details, click on the Generate button to view a list of documents required for the CH02 form.

          Select the desired documents and click Generate. You can also upload any additional            required documents.

  • Digital Signature (If required)
     Select the signers and send the document for digital signing.

  Track the document to see whether it got signed or not.

  • Internal Approval

          If the form requires internal approval, set up the approval process and send it for                    review.
           Until the form is reviewed, it is unable to be submitted for the CH.

  • Post Submission

           Once submitted, Cosec will send you a confirmation.

          After Companies House accepts the form, you will receive an acknowledgment from                Cosec confirming the successful submission.
